Flickr user thane snapped this photo of Apple CEO Steve Jobs apparently talking and listening to music on his iPhone at a kids' soccer game in Silly Valley.
Thane:
"Yes, the photo is for real, and yes it is an iPhone that he was talking on, or at least it was the same size and shape. He took it out of his pocket to make calls using the touchscreen."
Hey, if you say so, that's good enough for us. Also: it's good to see Steve branching out in his wardrobe choices when he gets away from Apple.

Oppenheimer told a crowd of moneymakers at the Morgan Stanley Technology Conference in San Francisco that in terms of security and other features and functions, Oppenheimer said, "I don't really see Vista as a threat." He added:
"In the time that it took Microsoft to develop Vista, we've come out with five releases of Mac OS 10. We think we have the gold standard in operating systems. We believe we have the superior OS in the market today, and Leopard will only extend that."
Oppenheimer also said that Apple TV will (finally) hit shelves in "this month" and that the company has plans to roll out another 35 - 40 retail stores in 2007.Apple's quest to drop a retail store into every mall in America looks like it might have been part of the company's iPhone strategy all along. CEO Steve Jobs recently told Fortune that "Our stores were conceived and built for this moment in time - to roll out iPhone."
Huh. And we thought they were all about the genius bars.
