    Every year, it's the same old thing. Apple bought a Super Bowl ad! Steve Jobs is going to heal the sick in it!

    Every year, Apple doesn't do it. As exciting as rumors like the Beatles Widescreen iPod to be announced in the Super Bowl are, the simple fact is that Apple has only ever bought three Super Bowl ads, and only two of them were any good. (The less said about "Lemmings," the better).

    That said, there were some good ads. I've linked my personal favorite above. The Coke Grand Theft Auto take-off is flat-out brilliant. It's up after the jump.
